Keep the work stable.

Equipment financing for contractors who need machines, and a straight path to market for owners and lenders who need to sell them. Run by someone who spent a decade on job sites.

What we handle

  • Financing for new and used equipment, sourced from our network of funding partners
  • Equipment sales for contractors, lenders and trustees who need to move machines
  • Both at once: a seller's equipment and a qualified, financed buyer

Two ways we help

Buying or selling iron.

For buyers

Equipment financing

You find the machine. We match your deal to a funding partner whose credit box actually fits it, instead of firing your application to every lender in town.

  • New and used equipment from dealers or private sellers
  • Established contractors and newer businesses
  • One application, reviewed before it goes out
  • Straight answers on what a lender will need

For sellers

Equipment sales

Downsizing, closing a job out, or holding repossessed collateral? We broker negotiated sales to contractors who need the equipment, and line up financing for the buyer so deals actually close.

  • For contractors, small lenders, trustees and receivers
  • Negotiated sales instead of a public auction
  • Buyers screened, with financing arranged up front
  • Written listing agreement with every fee spelled out

Four steps, no runaround.

Close

Documents, verification and funding. We stay on it until the machine moves.

Who you're working with

Built by a construction superintendent.

Outrigger Equipment Finance is run by Sophia Espinoza. She spent about ten years in construction, including as a superintendent for production home builders, and later built and ran her own commercial cleaning company.

That means you're talking to someone who knows what a machine is worth to your schedule, not just to a spreadsheet.

An outrigger is the leg that keeps a crane or lift steady under load. That's the job here: keep your operation stable while it grows, or while it changes.
We're a broker, not a lender. Our role is to find the right funding partner or buyer and manage the deal to close.

Start a request

Tell us about the equipment.

Takes about two minutes. You'll hear back within one business day. Don't include Social Security numbers or bank details here; if your deal moves forward, we'll send a secure application.

Questions

Straight answers.

Are you a lender?

No. Outrigger is a broker. We match your deal with funding partners who make the final credit decision and set the final terms. We may be paid by those funding partners when a deal funds.

Does it cost anything to apply for financing?

No. We never charge an upfront fee to submit a financing request.

Can a newer business get approved?

Sometimes. Newer businesses usually need stronger personal credit, relevant industry experience or a down payment. We'll tell you honestly where your deal stands before anything is submitted.

How do equipment sales work?

You keep ownership until the sale closes. We sign a written listing agreement that states the fee, the term and who approves the final price, then market the equipment to qualified buyers. Our fee is only earned when the equipment sells.

Do you sell titled trucks?

We can arrange financing for trucks and titled equipment. Sales of titled vehicles may be handled with a licensed dealer partner; ask us about your specific units.
